Mullundung State Forest

  • 45 Main Road Gormandale, VIC, 3873 Australia (map)

This month our club will be conducting an excursion in the Mullundung State Forest to look for signs of the Strzelecki Koala and their scats. According to SKAT campaigner Anthony Amis, Mountain Grey Gum's, particularly older trees in riparian zones, are the key for sustaining koala populations in these forests. Wear appropriate clothing and bring your lunch and water.

Meet at 10AM at the Gormondale Public Hall to car pool.
